Gino created The Healing Road out of his desire to improve the lives of his fellow military veterans and their families. He has been working with youth in the outdoor field since 1995 and has been a hunter safety instructor since 1993. He began hunting and fishing at 6 years old and remains an active hunter, guide and fisherman. He served for 11 years in the U.S. Air Force and the Texas Air National Guard. Gino holds B.S. in wildlife biology and resides in Texas with his wife Jennifer and their three kids.

Rodney’s love of the outdoors stems back to a childhood spent fishing with his grandfather. He joined the Air Force in 1989 and spent 10 years on active duty. He continues to serve in the Air Force Reserves as an Air Reserve Technician. Rodney moved from New Mexico to Alabama in 2000 and is currently settled in a little town called Verbena. In 2012 Rodney was asked to join the Healing Road family as a board member and looks forward to many years helping others.
Shenan joined The Healing Road in 2009. He grew up on the family farm in eastern New Mexico and began hunting at six years old with his grandfather. He has a B.S. in wildlife biology and has been a volunteer firefighter since 1995. Shenan currently resides in New Mexico with his wife Michelle and their three boys.
