MEET THE TEAM

HRF is a veteran-founded and managed organization with a team uniquely qualified to work with other veterans, survivors and their children. Our leaders understand the physical, mental and emotional difficulties that military families face before, during and after service, deployments and loss.

Gino Attardi

Founder, Executive Director and Board Member

Gino created the Healing Road Foundation out of his desire to improve the lives military veterans and their families. Having served for 11 years in the U.S. Air Force and working with youth in the outdoors for over 20 years, he brings a vast amount of knowledge and vision to the program. Gino found his passion for the outdoors at only 6 years old and remains an active hunter, guide and fisherman. He holds a B.S. in Wildlife Biology from Eastern New Mexico University.

Rodney Manney

Secretary and Board Member

Rodney’s love of the outdoors stems back to a childhood spent fishing with his grandfather. He joined the Air Force in 1989 and spent 10 years on active duty. He continues to serve in the Air Force Reserves as an Air Reserve Technician. Rodney moved from New Mexico to Alabama in 2000 and is currently settled in a little town called Verbena. In 2012 Rodney was asked to join the Healing Road family as a board member and looks forward to many years helping others.

Andrew Cagle

Chief Financial Officier

Andrew grew up in Montgomery County Texas where he began fishing at the age of 8 and learned to hunt on his grandfather’s farm. After serving 10 years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps., and completing several overseas missions, he was medically retired in 2012. He then moved back to Texas where he went to work for the Orvis Company as an associate and a Wing shooting Instructor. Andrew has a B.B.A. in Accounting and currently works as a corporate tax accountant in Ft. Worth, TX. He resides in Arlington, TX with his wife Bethany and their two children.
